RGCGI Raises Over $1.7 Million In Two Years

I am thrilled to announce that the 2017 Robbie Gould Celebrity Golf Invitational Presented by Ace Hardware raised over $830,000 in just one day. In two years, we have generously donated $1.7 million to Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Funds help support the family library space—an area where families can spend quality time reading together.

Our most recent event on June 26th at Medinah Country Club was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and just happiness from everyone that attended.

I feel fortunate to have spent a large portion of my day with our Lurie Hospital VIPs—Chase, Charlie, Lucca, and Ellie. They made my day incredibly special, as we spent the majority of our time riding around in the golf cart, playing in the photo booth on hole #1—all while telling stories and laughing together.

With the help of amazing Ace Hardware key vendors and friends of mine, including Anthony Anderson, Joe Carter, Mark Rolfing, Lisa Salters, Clark Gillies, Kevin Butler, Jim Covert, Cliff Levingston, Trey Wingo, James ‘Big Cat’ Williams, Roberto Garza, Kristy Swanson and many other participants and brands, we were able to raise this astonishing amount of money.

Thank you so much to everyone that was a part of this incredible day; we could not have done this without you, and we are excited about our upcoming event in 2018!
